Windroy

Windroy, which is a name derived from Windows and Android, is a new project which aims to let you use Android applications on the Windows operating system without any problems. This clever new application offers you the best of YouWave and Bluestacks combined and is designed to imitate Android usage in Windows. The prime objective of Windroy is to enable people to use all Android applications on Windows and make the process easy and make you feel as if you are using a Windows application.
Windroy employs the use of the latest version of Android, which is 4.0.3. The application is fast to initiate and provides users a standard Android experience. However, it does have a few drawbacks. For example, In Windroy there is no Google Play functionality, which means you won’t able to find Android applications using the software. Plus, in order to run the application, you’d have to download an APK file you would need to place in the program’s root folder, (SocketeQ\windowsandroid_root\system\ folder).
At the moment, there is no audio support in Windroy and the application features a weak browser. But it is important to keep in mind this a new project and the developers are working to remove all these issues as soon as possible. Once these issues are resolved, Windroy could become a promising application for Android usage on Windows.
